I've had these books for a while (GSX1 for a few months) and RMA CPR'd them for me before sending them to CGC. The ASM only achieved one bump (8.0 to 8.5), but the GSX1 went from 6.5 to 7.5.

I agree, and it was driving me nuts because I'm completing a Giant Size run, and it would be really annoying to have all but this one.
But when I saw the 6.5, I knew (well, felt very confident) it was improvable, and that made the asking price easier to eat.

This is a title that would probably fall into the "sell immediately" file if the need arises, so a CPR made a lot of sense.

Not a comic, but I thought this was pretty cool. A bonus postcard from Shiverbones he included with some books. I need to find a small frame and I’ll display it with the Halloween decor each year.

Here’s one recent arrival that’s been a pain to find with a decently positioned price box/corner logo. A couple small indents on cover and general wear, but overall probably 6.0 - 6.5. I always get a tug of nostalgia from this cover as this was one of the issues I bought on my very first trip to a secondhand “records & comics” shop as a kid.
