I agree here, which is why I realized I need to adapt to varying degrees to changes in our culture/society. Notice I’m saying “adapt” and not “adopt”. I’d prefer to evolve/change/acquiesce versus any disaster or Government upheaval every time.

The main thing is to protect these characters, make sure they still continue to live in the way that you created them, and that the universe of Star Wars continues to grow.

I doubt George would have written Luke trying to assassinate his nephew because he had a bad dream about him.

We don't have comic books. We don't have 800-page novels. We don't have anything other than passionate storytellers who get together and talk about what the next iteration might be. We go through a really normal development process that everybody else does.

No, you only had roughly one hundred and fiddy 300+ pg novels, and did have comics from 2 major publishers.

While I'm sure many are entertained by Obi Wan Kenobi, the predictions that Obi Wan will be put in situations where he needs to be saved, because he's such an inept character, were true.

The show is supposed to be about him protecting and watching over Luke, but right away he's called OFF PLANET to look for a kidnapped Leia.

It's the Riva and Leia show! Co-starring Oh Be Woke Kenobi.

A few people, I believe it was .2% of all the comments, threw racism at her, and of course Disney markets the toxicity. I wouldn't be surprised if Disney shills posted them just for this purpose. They're not showing them. They're not saying who posted them. They just say it happened.

So, if you don't like the show, You. Are. A. Racist. It can't possibly be because the show deconstructs the fucking STAR, having him run in FEAR in order to build up a brand new and boring character, and sucks as a result. That isn't an option.
