Several years ago around Christmas time, my brother-in-law built a model train track suspended from the ceiling. It was one of the coolest things I ever saw but I can't imagine how much effort it took to do that.

Re: Stress
I've refused to do therapy over video, but I've been watching Ted talks and the like about my condition
Stress is such a different animal when it comes to how the mind copes with it.
There is so many varying degrees of stimulus, physical and mental, that contributes to response.
In essence, almost all stimuli is a stress receptor. We just have behavioral patterns that dictate how we react to stimulus.
For someone like myself, the reaction is intensified and usually, inappropriate for the stimulus received
I am actually trying to rewire my brain, neuronically.
Like, I don't even know what foods or supplements I should take to help create new neural pathways

Re: Stress
Maybe reconsider the “therapy over video” thing. When done with the right person or persons it can be beneficial. Also staying on your own turf can be somewhat comforting as opposed to slogging down to a professional office site and sitting in strange surroundings. Whatever you do, it’s usually helpful to talk with someone outside your familial or social circle. I don’t know much about any foods or supplements as you referenced, but I’d be interested in learning anything you uncover.

Re: Stress
I have been seeing a guy for over 15 years, it helps.
A few things you can do to reduce stress.
Get a sufficient amount of sleep, daily.
Reduce sugar intake.
Eat more fruit and vegetables.
Get at least 20 minutes 3 time a week of exercise.
Turn off all electronic devices 20 minutes before bed.

I'm just here for the laughs.

I like trains, but not commuter trains.
I've wanted to take a train cross country, but haven't had the ability to do so.
